Hi Drew,
I did receive your message a week or so ago but we are not ready to refinance yet it will only be a year this April and we have a 2 year arm. I will definitely contact you at the end of the year when we're ready to refi for a fixed rate mort. You are a wonderful person and you can be taken at your word when you say you're going to do something or get something done you do it!! We were very happy with your service!!!
